My Reiki session with Krystal was an interesting experience. I could feel my body being filled with warmth and I felt incredibly relaxed. As the session went on I began seeing a white light on me. Positive energy started to flow through me and by the end of my session it felt as if a weight had come off of me.
I've been lucky enough to have Reiki sessions by Krystal and they were great experiences. Krystal has a calming vibe to her that I was immediately at ease. As she goes over each chakra, I feel more relaxed and able to let go of tension. I became emotional at certain parts of the session, which I found interesting. It felt like letting go. I will continue to go to Krystal for Reiki sessions as I feel invigorated afterwards and grounded.
These holistic healing sessions have brought a level of peacefulness that I haven't felt in years. It is truly a gift to have this practice. A sanctuary of calm.
